What is collected
To deliver an order: your name, contact details, your current CV or work history, your target role and market, and anything else you choose to send.
To run the site: basic server logs needed to keep the site secure and working. No advertising or analytics cookies are set; if analytics are added, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated first.
Why it is collected
Your documents and details are used to write your documents and to contact you about your order. That is the whole purpose.
Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on this site.
What is never done
Your CV, your details and your order are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
Nothing of yours is published or used as a sample without your written permission. The samples on this site are anonymised and used with consent.
How long it is kept
Order files are kept for 12 months so that you can request your documents again, then deleted.
You can ask for your data to be deleted sooner at any time and it will be, except where an invoice must legally be retained.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Send the request to the contact address on this site and it will be answered within 30 days.
